      Pros

      Company recently adjusted salaries which was well-received. Clients on the whole are great to work with Really great colleagues and supportive managers.

      Cons

      Always a lot of focus on KPIs and a lot of pressure to perform. Some places are remote and some are in office

      Pros

      It’s a great company to work for! It truly does feel like 1 big family, even if half the country is in the UK.

      Cons

      Same cons as any growing startup or tech company. Lots of constant change, but it’s usually small frequent changes so it’s easy to catch up.
