I applied through a third-party job recommender website. Got an email a few days after regarding visa and then in a week was booked for a screening call. I was told about the next stage at the end of the call itself. The second stage is a technical challenge on databases. Around 3 days were given for the challenge. They checked the challenge and invited for a final interview. After 3 days, the final interview was set up. It consisted behavioural and fit questions from the COO and other seniors of the company. Overall very welcoming and sweet people. The process was smooth but spread out over a few weeks.
