      Flexible working hours, good people, work is always different so you always learn something

      Salaries could be better, job security can be questioned questioned at times, lack of transparency, few growing opportunities since the company is not progressing as quickly as it should

      Pros

      It’s a great company to work for! It truly does feel like 1 big family, even if half the country is in the UK.

      Cons

      Same cons as any growing startup or tech company. Lots of constant change, but it’s usually small frequent changes so it’s easy to catch up.
