      You can have access to many projects

      Cons

      If you are unfortunate to take up many projects, you will find yourself really busy so 0 work life balance. Definitely no extra compensation. Completely not transparent pay structure and bonus or salary review.

      For the most part there was a good work/life balance. Enjoyed working there.
