Sadly, their poor leadership and lack of acknowledgement and support toward their employees will be the end of the company in the near future if they won't correct their ways in handling a company. They also did not have a solid managerial roles and also some questionable and poor choices in some matters. Especially when they had to chose a leader with so many flaws in Indonesian branch.
