No pros at all. They lure you with fake opportunity.
Cons
- They will give you offer so that you can resign from your current stable job. Then they will bargain or beg to reduce your salary and in the last when you join them they will not support you at all. I resigned from my current employer, join TekTree and within two days client asked me to leave as there was some compliance requirements which was neither mentioned in the job description nor explained by tektree to me. - They have put some unethical conditions in the contract which was removed when I objected. In short, tektree is highely unprofessional and unethical company and my advice is not to fall in their trap even if you are getting 100 % hike. Please avoid them to save yourself.
