      Great for those that want to take advantage of lack of management

      Cons

      No recognition for hard working employees. Main focus is director wealth which leads to low employee morale for those whose contributions aren't acknowledged. Promotes a culture of abuse whilst not feeling valued and experiencing poor management. Trimble grows through acquiring companies but only cares about the sales not the people

      The manager didn't have the proper knowledge The upper manager in the U.S. was strict on being in the office by 8:00 sharp. They didn't care if you would leave late at night from work.
