Pros
Good work life balance. Lots to learn about Telecommunication industry. Great office workspace and nice views from the office.
Cons
No perks outside or even inside the office building. Bad canteen food. Management keeps on doing reorgs and changing OKRs. Some managers do micromanagement even though all colleagues were really nice. Worst onboarding experience. HR department doesn't exist.
