The experience that you described clearly does not align to our demonstrated values and objective of creating an environment supporting durable career growth for our Team Members through the Teleion Capabilities Framework. Our continued investments are all targeted to enable our Team Members to take on stretch assignments supporting career growth; leveraging the Teleion Learning Platform, mentorship, and our weekly review of expiring assignments to place Team Members with new client engagements aligned to their demonstrated skills and aspirations. I am gravely concerned by your comment that Teleion “will withhold earned pay from you”. We have strenuous policies and audits to ensure compensation is paid appropriately.
