Pros
Most of the staff is very nice and was a pleasure to work with. If you don't have experience, they will likely still hire you.
Cons
This company was great a few years ago but it has severely gone downhill. By the time I left, I was doing 3 people jobs. They do 'lateral movements' to avoid calling it a promotion and paying you more. When I brought this up to my boss, the conversation was along the lines 'we're short staffed, you need to fill in, deal with it.' Most of the staff were great but there were a few (TAC) that made that place a toxic work environment. Imagine someone who is not your boss constantly telling you how to do your job. Calling, Teams message, email if you take longer than 5 minutes to respond. Going to your desk with their hand out, not saying a word, expecting the paperwork they gave you 2 minutes ago to be signed. But they take as long as they want on things you're waiting on. You get 'it's not my job' attitude a lot, even when it is actually their job. No work-life balance. Burn out. High turn over. There is so much to list.
