Small to mid-workforce in most locations. Hard-working, knowledgeable individuals. Good work ethic. Good leadership with Telmar managers/directos.

Change over to iQor was a bit bumpy. Several changes in the applications used daily, methodologies and procedures. Continual lay-offs with changes.

Good salary, decent benefits. (Medical benefits are less than ideal for most employers today)

Zero communication as to what is going on with the business direction. Micro-managed to death, so much so that it literally killed the business. Earned personal time off was deceitful and confusing.
