Pros
The culture is awesome, salary is competitive, work life balance is great - flexible on working from home/accommodating emergencies or even just extra stuff (kids sports, school, an event you want to go to), PTO is competitive, paid holidays, retirement matching, management is GREAT, executive team is GREAT, health insurance provided, offers paternity leave, profit sharing, lunch/snacks provided daily, future looks very promising.
Cons
Health insurance deductible and no dental/vision insurance :( no life insurance options, and training is pretty bad (but actively improving)
