Pros

Nice office with good views

Cons

In the low code department, it is getting increasingly political, with some people bullying same rank colleagues and bootlicking technical leads and management to make themselves look good and everyone else look bad. Most of the cohort has left for better opportunity, the department was not a good place to stay as everyone was falling sick constantly over a long time period due to overworking. Outside of low code, it is even more political and a super toxic environment to work in.

Pros

Overall, Temus is a great place to learn and grow. There are many opportunities provided to develop various skill sets and the team provides a lot of guidance and support. Personnel across the various departments are generally very friendly and helpful. The office space adopts an open plan concept, which makes the area spacious and inviting. Work desks are all height adjustable, seating is flexible, and pantries are well stocked.

Cons

As a recently established company, internal processes are in the process of being formed up.

Pros

Enjoy high salary while looking busy. Free coffee and great views. Get to put yourself on a pedestal and tell stories of how hard working you are when you were in their shoes. Brag about your experience in the field and feel absolute ecstatic people are so keen to hear your words of wisdom.

Cons

Reality here we go! In this particular project of which I thank the heavens im out of. The PMO had a brilliant idea of next level delegation. During a team updates meeting after a mass exodus, they decided that they had too much PM work and came up with a power point slide. They shared that they have a few categories they liked volunteers to take charge of, tools, automation, communication, culture, presentation and a few others. This then led to them shooting/calling out people who has raised these exact problems to them to take charge XD. As if the actual folks working on the actual deliverables are not tired enough. The leadership then went to berate the members for talking badly about the project to other people. If you enjoy premium subtle yet strong flavoured toxicity welcome onboard! PS: coming to Temus is akin to a dice roll, if you land in low code or the AI & data team your all good. If not, best to get out asap.
