Pros

Used to have good insurance coverage but now all cut down

Cons

The place is full of toxicity. Forget about promotion if you are not one to kiss @ss. Promotion is based on favoritism instead of performance and experiences. They will deliberately mark you as non performing in order to fit the curve bell. This place will give you trauma and scar you for life. Just avoid and don’t join this company.

Pros

Nice office with good views

Cons

In the low code department, it is getting increasingly political, with some people bullying same rank colleagues and bootlicking technical leads and management to make themselves look good and everyone else look bad. Most of the cohort has left for better opportunity, the department was not a good place to stay as everyone was falling sick constantly over a long time period due to overworking. Outside of low code, it is even more political and a super toxic environment to work in.

Pros

I've noticed some older negative reviews, but in my experience many of those concerns were related to challenges under previous management. The current leadership team is focused, transparent, and genuinely receptive to employee feedback. They have done a commendable job of winning new projects and creating a positive direction for the company. As a member of the AI & Data team, I've had the opportunity to work with highly talented, knowledgeable, and supportive colleagues. The company places strong emphasis on professional growth and actively encourages continuous learning through certifications, training programs, and skill development initiatives. Compensation is competitive compared to similar roles in the market, and the flexibility offered is excellent. The availability of a fully remote work option is a significant benefit for employees who value work-life balance and flexibility.

Cons

As a relatively young and growing company, some internal tools, processes, and systems are still evolving and being refined. However, I view this more as an opportunity to contribute to shaping the organization rather than a major drawback.
