Pros
There are literally no pros. The pay is good but it's still not enough for how awful this company is.
Cons
Tenneco purposefully looks the other way as employees destroy and ship parts. They do nothing about the rampant sexual harassment and drug dealing on the premises. Management use company time to play on the computers, do their taxes and chat with friends online. They delay fixing machines so that employees are forced to work every weekend with zero days off. Managment throws out perfectly good office furniture, equipment, etc so they can purchase more new things for the offices while still not making critical repairs to machines - don't expect your gain share. Violence at the workplace is rampant. If you choose to work here, be careful.
