Pros

it's a job. it could be worse ,but I fail to see how at this point in time.

Cons

No raise in 9 years, Insurance keeps getting more expensive, Safety first unless it costs too much, supervisors not being able to make a decision without going to upper management, HR runs the plant not the plant manager, if your hurt at work they deny all claims, make you run all over to fight it and hope you just pay out of pocket, management is retaliatory in its application of plant rules depending on if your buddies with salary employees. If you like to be stressed out and treated like a dog this is the place for you. Honesty, integrity, Tenneco core values? What a joke that is.

Good pay , good benefits

Cons

Hardly any days off , very bad management, the Seward, Nebraska location is very dirty , the general manager position has had multiple people come through that location, HR is very un fair and has better opportunities for certain people that are in their pockets? They constantly are having group leaders change areas and switching out the positions to different people who have no clue what they are doing ? The group leaders punish the good people and reward their friends, this location has no desire to succeed or grow or listen to the employees who do all the dirty work
