      Yous can make good money in a short period of time. A good place to start and learn the automotive supplier industry.

      Cons

      Management not looking out for the employees, only thinking of themselves. They do not value the operator’s opinions. Just like any auto parts supplier you work to much or to little never a good balance.

      Good pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Hardly any days off , very bad management, the Seward, Nebraska location is very dirty , the general manager position has had multiple people come through that location, HR is very un fair and has better opportunities for certain people that are in their pockets? They constantly are having group leaders change areas and switching out the positions to different people who have no clue what they are doing ? The group leaders punish the good people and reward their friends, this location has no desire to succeed or grow or listen to the employees who do all the dirty work
