Pros
No pros… if you hear your business may be purchased by Tenneco/Driv… start looking for a new job. Your days are numbered.
Cons
Buys companies that were profitable, doesn’t allow their staff to continue to service their customers the way they have been serviced for decades, and forces you to do it their way. Literally kills the customer relationship and doesn’t allow the staff to tell to salvage that relationship. Would rather milk you dry and shut you down. More focused on destroying their competition than anything else.
