      Pros

      Paid holidays after one month of direct employment. A pay raise for all employees recently makes the grueling work almost acceptable.

      Cons

      Depending on the line, working six days twelve hours a day every week with heavy lifting/unacceptable PPE make life miserable. Breaks are a minus as well.
