45 hours minimum expected per week even though you only get paid for 40 hours, no extra overtime pay unless you are hourly, low pay, each office is like it's own little island and heaven forbid you cross into the other's territory, business is extremely variable, constant harping on chargeability and budgets gets old, CEO leaving and new one is known to be a penny pincher, depending on the office there is not much room for advancement.
