      -employees (incredible people to work with--they were the best part) -emphasis on safety and stop work authority -lots of opportunities to learn new things -worked under a series of great bosses

      Cons

      -long hours -challenging pay scale -some unrealistic timeframes budgeted by younger engineers for hand auger projects -difficult to progress in company w/out engineering degree

      Work/life balance Career advancement training opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic top-down management culture. Environmental employees are expendable. If you aren’t an engineer, good luck. Management does not care to get to know their employees and favoritism is the norm, not the exception. Unrealistic expectations from new hires. Low compensation for industry standards.
