Pros
They pay for health insurance for employee. You earn Vacation day and sick leave monthly.
Cons
You have to pay for parking, 8.25% gets taken out for pension. You only get up to 3% raise per year. The pay is super low for the Austin area. Some of your peers make way more than you, even the ones that start working there after you. You have to pay for energy conservation days (aka) forced vacation. You can not take leave with out pay.
