The attitude of the colleagues is at the highest level to every coworker; they value your results and achievements, and they support and help if you need it. TextMagic is a clear division of your working hours and your own time; you do not have to respond and get involved in the process in your spare time and weekends. In TextMagic, everyone can contact a relevant colleague and receive feedback or help. We have here really friendly and united atmosphere.

No cons so far. You can always discuss any point that worries you and get it sorted out.
