      I've been working at TextMagic for three years now, and it's probably one of the best jobs that I have had. For me, TextMagic is, first of all, a business approach in everything. The attitude of the colleagues is at the highest level to every coworker; they value your results and achievements, and they support and help if you need it. TextMagic is a clear division of your working hours and your own time; you do not have to respond and get involved in the process in your spare time and weekends. In TextMagic, everyone can contact a relevant colleague and receive feedback or help. We have here really friendly and united atmosphere.

      It is an inspiring and stable company to work for. TextMagic keeps constantly developing and searching for new options and features. You will never feel bored, as you learn something new almost every shift. I feel fortunate to work with supportive team members and open-minded management.

      Pleasant environment. Great team. I always get support when I need it. Supportive management. The management is always attentive and meets the staff's needs. Ability to plan your schedule.

      Cons

      Not a con, but interdepartmental communications are not as efficient as they could be.
