      Pros

      Great benefits, vacation AND nearly two weeks a year for personal/sick time in hindsight was very generous. They were good about raises as well.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to branch out. You were expected to do what they hired you for a nothing else.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
