      Good place to learn, flexible hours, Good employees health & safety regulations, high tech company, good insurance plans and contributions by company. very clean and safe work shops.

      So much changes in the management each year!

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
