      Pros

      The best thing about Blackstone was working with some of the smartest people and on challenging deals that pushed you intellectually. Culture is intense but overall great.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is difficult at Blackstone, and the culture varies by team. I was fortunate enough to have a great team but this is not always the case.

      Decent pay, great coworkers, high paced learning style, versatility, opportunity to move

      Cons

      Horrible management, discriminatory towards minorities, executives are rude and single you out, 24/7 mentality even on weekends, slave like attitude towards your time and energy, poor benefits for amount of work
