      Clueless upper management; liars in middle management; overworked employees; bad morale; lousy systems; no direction; too many unproductive meetings- including one to tell us to leave positive Glassdoor reviews

As mentioned in the meeting, we do want reviews; obviously we want positive reviews, but we also value negative feedback for the extremely important and necessary insight.       - Working with all the different teams give me a great opportunity to get a lot of experience. - Senior execs have a lot of transparency and answer any questions - I love the team I work for and the other teams are always welcoming - Work from home - So many people with deep experience - Growing fast - Who knew that there were so many different types of insurance

      - While I love work from home, I don't get to meet other people in person that often.
