Pros

good salary, no tax, free accommodation with all utilities, free uniform, cheap staff travel ticket (ID90), or guaranteed seat (ID/50).

Cons

high flying hours (max 120 hours/month), minimum rest in between, very hard to have string days off attached to leave because roster people would def put 1 turn around in between, nowadays crew reports each other/ snitch, so-called "performance manager" would love to punish crew over their trivial mistake (it give a sense of the kind of getting a bonus or boost for their career path), your punishment would different depend of managers you got. The roster tends to change at the last minute so its don't be too excited when you got flights you bided for because.....

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
