Pros

A kind and generous group of people who are passionate about making a positive difference to their clients, each other and corporate culture more broadly. There is a always a diverse range of people and perspectives working together on challenges, which is motivating and stimulating. Overall, it's an open and creative environment where people are encouraged to bring the best of themselves, take care of their needs and push beyond their comfort zone.

Cons

Recent restructuring has meant some workflows and roles are unclear, although it's improving and is an understandable outcome of the recent changes.

Pros

Many brilliant minds from very diverse backgrounds - brings in a variety of perspectives from various career paths and cultures. Strong sense of community, all levels internally stay connected. Communication within the company feels open and safe to voice requests or input. Regularly meet to connect, flexible to be remote/virtual. Innovative work force. Consistent sustainability check-ins. T.E.P. walks-the-talk about sustainable high-performance of people's energy. Employee well-being is a staple to the company because pushing for longer hours at work diminishes your focus on tasks at hand and also less sleep, which takes a substantial toll on performance and leads to burn-out... The Energy Project emphasizes self care and renewal breaks because at our best, we can think more creatively, lead more effectively, make better decisions, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. And we do! Company has abundant experience working with Fortune 500 corporations, operating globally, and still growing. Growing company - plus for expansion and flexibility in your role

Pros

The Energy Project is an amazing company. Our mission is to help organizations create workplaces that are healthier, happier, more focused and more purposeful, and we really walk the talk. Our founder and CEO, Tony Schwartz is passionately committed to our work, and has created an organizational culture that is stimulating, dynamic and supportive. Some of the many areas of high functioning: - Internal communication is copious and transparent - There are many opportunities for professional development and ongoing learning - Company practices are generous and support good self care and renewal - My colleagues are kind and lovely people. Gossip, indirect communication and negativity are rare. - Conflict is addressed safely and with a commitment to learning and repair. - There is an emphasis on appreciation and recognition. - There is a high degree of professionalism and a commitment to providing amazing customer service to our clients. I feel incredibly well supported and cared for by our internal employees. - Although I am technically a consultant, every effort and generosity has been made to make me feel valued, connected, secure and a valued part of the TEP family. I absolutely love The Energy Project.

Cons

Opportunities for individual work can be erratic, which can make it challenging to stay connected and plan, particularly for a consulting facilitator.
