I have been working at The Energy Project full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Smart and passionate people who genuinely want to contribute to the growth and success of the company. We believe in putting the client first and making sure that we are consistently contributing to their success. Love the focus we have on personal and professional growth, and continue to be inspired creatively and intellectually.

    Cons

Our growth is vast, which means hiring the right people and talent are a top priority. At times it feels like we can't move fast enough to meet rising demands ... but we will!

I have been working at The Energy Project full-time

    Pros

Focused on developing not just the company but employees. Very collaborative and friendly team.

    Cons

Clear process suffers due to the period of growth the company is in, but that's to be expected. Not really a con, more like growing pains.

I have been working at The Energy Project (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is rare to work in an environment that consistently adheres to it's core beliefs. At The The Energy Project, they live by them. My commitment and work output is as strong as it has ever been based on their culture. Their mutual accountability to renewal, a practice that does not exist or is frowned upon in other organizations, is what grounds the people that work there.

    Cons

    Have not yet experienced any

    Advice to Management

Stay the course! Grow at a pace that never loses sight of our core.
