Pros
The most rewarding aspect of working The Energy Project is the positive impact we have on clients. Every week we are fortunate to receive generous praise from our clients (individuals, leaders, executives and CEO's) about the substantial impact and outcomes of our work. Over the last two years we have invested heavily in our capabilities which has dramatically added to our value proposition. In addition, we have very talented people who work together collaboratively and openly. There are no silos and everyone works together to deliver at a high level with very little friction or negative energy. It's amazing what you can accomplish with talented people and a caring, collaborative community.
Cons
The great news is TEP is growing rapidly. The work load and pace are intense as we are a small company working with a significant number of Fortune 500 clients. The culture values intense effort balanced with deep renewal and it's important that all employees stretch and challenge themselves. Employees need a high level of energy, motivation and engagement to fit with the culture.
