      Managing partners care about individuals, team supports each other regardless of department/job titles, no strict hierarchy, fridge and pantry full of snacks.

      Cons

      Hours are 9-6, upstairs and downstairs teams are a little bit separate

      Great company culture, feels like a second family. Great clients, great room for advancement. An overall great place to work and learn the industry as an Intern. Small and independent yet agile and groundbreaking, it is the perfect place to learn how an agency functions from the POV of all departments
