It is very easy, just the typical questions you would get in a normal interview. It is obviously related to the job you are applying for but it is really easy.
The hiring manager avoided committing to a set interview time. When they did get on a call with me, they undermined me at every possible opportunity. They trashed previous workplaces listed on their resume. They trashed places listed on my resume. They interrupted me, asking irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with copywriting. They pretended not to know the sort of work I'd produced. The fact that senior leadership claims to enjoy mentoring junior writers is worrying - the person who interviewed me seemed deeply insecure about their position in the agency, and appeared to be actively driving away talent. Overall, I felt incredibly sorry for them based on the extremely negative impression they gave of their workplace. Peak scarcity mindset. A real shame.

Question 1
Honestly, some of the interview questions were offensive. Not worth repeating here.
