      good benefits, nice people to work with

      Cons

      It is too bureaucratic, a lot communication problems, is growing too fast and it has a lot micro-management for a company that wants to be "big". It is hard to see a career growth inside the company, they are not clear about where you are heading career ways. Some people need help because they can do all the work by themselves.

      Pros

      At Hangar, I've had the opportunity to work on projects with global exposure as part of a team of people with a wide variety of skills. One of the most significant things to me is that we support each other's efforts and have each other's back.

      Cons

      I was used to having more documentation provided to me during the onboarding process, but the support of the leads was pretty good when I joined and I had plenty of other resources at my disposal to get up and running with what I had to do.
