Pros

Lovely direct team (trauma bonded), good product allocation

Cons

I have never seen a company do a 180 in such a short about of time. A new C-suite team that have categorically destroyed the company, culture, and reputation. You’ll have no voice, no direction, and unclear priorities. Leadership is money hungry and do not care for the team. The team are overworked, underpaid, and under valued. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry your experience didn’t reflect the culture we’re working hard to build. We recognise that growth and change can feel uncomfortable, and while we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we know there’s still work to do. We benchmark pay annually, review performance fairly, and are continuing to invest in clearer leadership, manager development, and team support as we move into 2026, a year of focused cultural and business growth. We appreciate your input and wish you all the best in your next role. — The INKEY List People Team

Pros

Wonderful product, easy line to sell, great education and recent field management team. Very gratifying work with clients and coworkers. Really excellent health, dental, and personal care benefits.

Cons

Be prepared to be laid off or fired at any moment. This job was high stress, with goals and structure constantly changing and communication being inconsistent. Some leaders were very professional and easy to work with, others high strung and seemly kept around for legacy/friendship reasons. Never saw anyone in the field team quit with a 2 week notice and a nice good bye- everyone that leaves is either fired, laid off, or they quit on bad terms.
