      Pros

      Inspiring founders, a great brand with really a really good group of people, flexibility and autonomy.

      Cons

      Like any scaling business it can be quite chaotic and faster paced than ideal sometimes causing missed goals but working in similar sized companies this is as expected.

      Pros

      Wonderful product, easy line to sell, great education and recent field management team. Very gratifying work with clients and coworkers. Really excellent health, dental, and personal care benefits.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be laid off or fired at any moment. This job was high stress, with goals and structure constantly changing and communication being inconsistent. Some leaders were very professional and easy to work with, others high strung and seemly kept around for legacy/friendship reasons. Never saw anyone in the field team quit with a 2 week notice and a nice good bye- everyone that leaves is either fired, laid off, or they quit on bad terms.
