Pros

Many projects and flexible work from home environment

Cons

Contract states freelancers are paid within 30 days. They hired me as a freelancer to avoid paying taxes and benefits, but worked me as a an employee (full time, daytime hours, open calendar for anyone to book). First payment breached the contract, and I was told it was my fault for entering information wrong into their third party billing system. Same thing happened to several other new hires. When I quit, my last two payments also exceeded the contractually required 30 day payment timeline. I did seek legal advice, and you can file a lean against the company requiring them to pay you if they file for bankruptcy or try to sell. Terrible experience overall.
