Interview
It was a 30-minute interview where she went over the position. Her job title was "Recruiter" and she is in-house. They employ a small group of people that are comprised of 3 different teams. The Recruiter was very down to earth and did inform me the following two interviews would be difficult. There are typically a couple of managers that you interview with. On the third interview, I was informed the VP would be in that one if they were available. So, there was not an offer the first interview, but we shall see.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview online. The interviewer called 10 minutes late. After asking the general about you questions, they asked about potentially moving. I was told that they'd love to have me on the team, and then received a not right now email.
