      Good engineers. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Unprofessional approach to software development. Bad management - lower management are indecisive and poorly skilled. They lack direction and are more of a hinderance than a help. Barclays will absorb the good people and make the rest redundant in the long term i expect.

      Pros

      New grads or independently educated people looking to get exposure into the IT field will benefit greatly from working here. Lots of experience with a broad range of systems, tools, and resources. You'll never feel bored!
