      Pros

      Compensation is competitive. Benefits are fantastic. It used to be a great company until the original President sold out and left.

      Cons

      No leadership. Middle management and above don't have a clue. Incompetence is running rampant and they won't do anything about it. Next to no appreciation or recognition for quality employees. Seems like the incompetent employees who butter up to management are the only ones that get recognized for their "great" work.

      Decent pay, great benefits, friendly people

      Cons

      No project organization which makes it tough to meet the goals that are both expected and never set. Great for a first job but if you are coming from anywhere other than straight from college the silo'ing and finger pointing will get old quick
