Micromanaged to justify their jobs but they are non essential. No flexibility in job schedule No trust by management in their employees When faced with normal everyday challenges Management lacks the communication skills necessary to succeed and will punish their employees due to their inefficiencies Business impact not factored in and everything is priority Threatening employees to do work that is not in their job description Hostile environment If you want to learn how not to run an IT Department this is the place for you If prioritized and organized 2 to 3 employees (full time and not contract or Managed Services) could effectively run the infrastructure operation Unable to retain top talent Brute force attack to a domain controller and radius server that was being hit over 60,000 times for days. They were not concerned at all.
