Pros
amazing staff, great building and once upon a time a good organisation.
Cons
Horrific controlling CEO (paying himself £190k as shown in this years annual review on their website - hugely inflated compared to the previous CEO who was excellent) whilst not paying staff a fair wage and blocking any voice or dissent. The Chief Operating Officer seems to enjoy causing suffering to staff. The RSA should be reviewed but unfortunately the Trustees and Chair are naively ignoring all the red flags.
