      Pros

      The people on shop floor make the job bearable

      Cons

      awful management, they hire young people to do managers positions with no experience just so they dont have to pay them more, so unorganised just over terrible would never buy from them or work for the company again. stock would come in covered in dirt and damaged and we would be told to sell it anyway, so many of the practices are illegal

      Great company to work with, great hours and straightforward payroll

      Pros

      Okay pay, they don't bother you much, bigger annual increases than a salary job. Depending on the company you are no contract for, it can be flexible. From other contractors experiences, they are definitely better than Quest.

      Cons

      Very few holidays, low PTO, pay is a little low for no benefits, they take about 40% of what the company pays for you. They don't help network for new contracts like they claim to, you're on your own.
