Pros
Extremely friendly people here at Toro. Very informative, approachable, a "family" atmosphere work environment because employees worked with each other for so many years. There are a lot of long time employees who work here that are very knowledgeable and resourceful. They encourage continuing education to grow and offer volunteer hours during work hours. Great internship opportunities.
Cons
Poor paid time off benefits. Not flexible unless you've worked at Toro for a few years, micro-managers in certain departments, too traditional for younger generation, very old school environment, male dominant, not enough ethnic diversity. Not open to change too set in their old ways. There is another post on here that stated the same issue. Apparently not much has changed.
