Pros

Always kept busy by the insane amount of work. Most client relationships were positive, and became highlights of the time there. If you have an aptitude for identifying operational issues and formulating solutions to those issues, you will enjoy the plethora of opportunities to flex these skills. This is a rapidly growing industry, especially in the wake of the Royal Commission into Aged Care findings. This provides a lot of opportunity to begin to address issues of the industry, from within one of its fastest growing players.

Cons

There is a grotesque culture of bullying and harassment, which stems from the top of this franchise. Staff are constantly pitted against each other, endure an obscene degree of micromanagement and are expected to work lengthy unpaid overtime (including a rotational on-call weekend where you are responsible for 50+ calls and service requests). Suggestions and critiques are frowned upon by the managing director, who follows a strict narcissistic ideology. Initiative is permitted, so long as it has the pre-approval of management. Employment contracts are blatantly ignored and disregarded, and office staff are constantly in fear of becoming the next target of the managing directors boredom.

Pros

A majority of the team is very passionate are their work. They are open to change ans want the best for all clients.

Cons

Senior leadership lives in a bubble with no reality of what is really happening in the field. Almost 75% of the senior leaders have left the company in the last 2 years which was a good thing as they were the worst leaders in sales and operations unfortunately Chris continues to hire yes people who all just agree with his stupid ideas.
