Pros

Pay, kitchen and the Marvel/DC atmosphere

Cons

They info bomb you. They give you a lot of information you are supposed to absorb in about 3 weeks. They leave you alone most of the time you are out of training but before you go on the floor. You do about 3 mock calls a day, but these are agents that are already seasoned with utilizing the software acting like clients. Instead of sitting by yourself at least sit the agent with someone so you can gets a hands on experience instead of trying to fish and find a call that you missed most of the begining part of the conversation for anyway. Do a side by side with an actual agent doing the actual work you will do. You don't get the same issues, so it's hard to get used to a flow since every caller is calling about anything and everything that has to do with being a clinician and you only get 3 weeks to learn the material, about 2 weeks mock calling. They don't tell you if your doing a bad job, they will just keep saying your doing great and just things to improve on next time. It would be helpful and they would have such a high turnaround time if they actually taught the new hires the role and take mock calls out. Why have people fake the calls instead of giving your new hires actual hands on experience. Like you can only ask questions for like 3 days before they don't want you to ask anything and handle it on your own. Plus its not diverse either.... Very very few minorities, and the minorities that are there don't feel valued. I certainly was isolated and felt uncomfortable asking for help for the way I was treated when I did ask for help. Would be an excellent company if they didn't isolate you, actually taught the role you will be doing and they were more diverse

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Cons

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.

Pros

Great team culture which encourages closely working together and those with more experience teaching and helping new hires. Great healthcare, dental, and 401k benefits Good opportunities for long term careers Work from home allows for flexible schedules and less time and money spent on driving and gas. Teams always open for feedback on how to improve Fun team building exercises which make you feel like part of a family and not just a working team.

Cons

Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
