I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
