Pros

- Flexible PTO / Scheduling - WFH - Supplies provided - Drinks if you forget to bring something - Nice management (The actual managers are nicer than their 2nd in commands...........Odd)

Cons

- Mid Level Supervisors can be condescending. They either won't answer you for help or become annoyed that you are asking them for help. - Can be a cliquish atmosphere. Typically, everyone refers their friends and it kind of turns into high school 2.0 if you attempt to socialize with your Co-workers. - They prepare you 50/50 for the job in training. You don't really learn much until your out of training. The training feels more designed for people with a background in insurance already. Additionally, this is across the company as a whole. A lot of the "Test" they produce, the people who make them dont even know the answers sometimes. This is difficult because how am I supposed to do my job if the people that are supposed to help me dont know what they are doing? That has been a common occurrence that some reps chat about. When asking for help either one supervisor gives you a completely wrong and off topic answer or one just doesn't respond at all, now with a customer on the phone what are the reps supposed to do? - They say the pay is competitive but it can be better. You get hired to work as a Sucess Representative. Once your good in success, you MUST get cross trained for NO EXTRA MONEY. I hope this is something they consider in the future; you are essentially adding more work for... no money. Snack and drinks are not going to pay the bills and prevent burn out. - They treat this more like a family than a job. I understand, but this causes unnecessary tension/ co-workers thinking they know you. Some people do not treat work as a family, simply here to earn money. - This may not be the same for others, but I definitely feel "At the bottom of the totem pole" being in success. That statement is not wrong BUT there shouldn't be a reason reps pick up on these things. %99 of people stay with TN due to the support. Even on call they state the software isn't the most compatible but they like having a human to talk to. Pretty sure if there wasn't support, TN would not be AS popular. Treat your reps better!!!!! and pay them more of course

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Cons

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.

Pros

Great team culture which encourages closely working together and those with more experience teaching and helping new hires. Great healthcare, dental, and 401k benefits Good opportunities for long term careers Work from home allows for flexible schedules and less time and money spent on driving and gas. Teams always open for feedback on how to improve Fun team building exercises which make you feel like part of a family and not just a working team.

Cons

Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
