Pros
College tuition reimbursement, or repayment if making student loan payments, monthly overtime drawings for money, good pay, good raises, busy / not worried about layoffs, training in many different areas, opportunities for promotions, massage therapist, chiropractor, they have their own doctor and doctor's office on site and its free to see the doctor for you and the whole family. Lots of nice, new equipment. Family owned company treats everyone really well. I feel like I'm part of the family, not a number or a cog in the wheel. My opinions are valued if I have a new idea about doing an old job a new way.
Cons
Some customers have very difficult requirements and it can be difficult to meet those requirements. Short handed - We need more good people!, Lots of hard work, but they are making it better with more cranes and lifting devices. Lots of training required to get hired on.
